FSC is registered to lobby at the nation’s capital. We work with our friends and coalition partners in DC to make sure our views are heard when congress considers legislation that impacts the adult entertainment industry.

As is often the case, many legislators have the wrong impression of our industry. FSC visits legislative offices at our nation’s capital and we tell the truth about the adult entertainment industry. We communicate to our elected officials that the adult entertainment industry is a vital part of our nation’s economy; that we are responsible employers, community members and neighbors; that our products add to the quality of life for many Americans; and that the production and sales of our legal products and services and our consumers ability to access those products and services are fundamental rights protected by the US Constitution.
