ZEI2257 Record Keeping Software
ZEI2257 is quickly becoming the industry standard in software for management of complex compliance issues related to the enactment of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, as well as other associated legislation requiring content producers to maintain accurate record-keeping.

After months of research and negotiations with multiple firms, FSC has affiliated with Lockton, the world’s largest privately-held insurance brokerage. In addition to health insurance for their employees, Lockton can assist FSC members to obtain property & casualty, Directors & Officers, ELPI, Worker's Compensation or other forms of business insurance. This allows our members to receive Fortune 100 services at no additional cost as a 'value added' benefit to membership.
FSC does not receive any financial remuneration through this agreement. The agreement simply allows FSC to offer members high levels of service as they search for the insurance options that best fit their individual or business needs and availability in all 50 states. Plan B Financial Services
FSC has partnered with financial services company Plan B Investments, Inc. (PBII). Owner Martin P. O’Malley, Jr. can provide retirement planning and investment consultation to FSC members, and will waive the usual initial consultation fee of $150 per hour for FSC members-in-good-standing.
PBII is a Los Angeles-based Registered Investment Advisor (Member FINRA, SPIC) and Mr. O’Malley has been closely associated with FSC for many years, providing a high level of professional service to adult entertainment industry companies and owners throughout that time. Mr. O’Malley has found that many company executives and owners who find themselves with high earnings, often at an early age, delay financial investing and/or retirement planning which makes it more difficult for them to fully leverage their financial wealth over time. He also can offer advice on how to create a financial strategy in diverse market climates.

Century Bankcard Services representative Gina Phillips has joined Free Speech Coalition to offer a new member benefit with competitive rates and an additional 10 percent discount to FSC members, for their merchant banking needs. Because few domestic banks will underwrite credit card processing to merchants in this industry, the banks that do know this and typically charge high rates. Gina Phillips from Century Bankcard Services is changing this. Century Bankcard Services has formed a domestic banking relationship to provide competitive pricing options for Merchant Services to merchants in the adult industry. XBIZ Adult Industry Market Report
Trade publication XBIZ.com has published a first-of-its-kind marketing research report on the adult industry. The XBIZ Adult Industry Market Report was compiled by XBIZ Research Director Sarah LoPrinzi, from data gathered through an online survey of adult industry professionals. As a benefit to FSC members, XBIZ has offered a $50 discount on the report which has two versions: The 200-page Full edition is priced at $470, and there is also a 35-page Executive edition available for $280.
