Marina del Rey, Ca - A revised proposed .XXX Registry Agreement was submitted to ICANN by ICM Registry yesterday, for consideration by the Board of Directors in a meeting May 10. Some of the changes and clarifications made to the revised Agreement were in response to comments made by ICANN's Government Advisory Committee (GAC) in its communique dated March 28, 2006, and by the U.S. Department of Commerce in its letter to GAC dated March 20, 2006. A period for public review and comment on the proposed Agreement has also commenced, and it appears that the Board will take into consideration comments made on the public comments page before it considers ICM Registry's application on May 10.

Below are links to the April 18 cover letter from ICM Registry to Vinton Cerf, a redlined version of the revised Agreement, the ICANN .XXX Comments Page, and the email address where comments may be submitted.
