with the Plan. Services will be performed on a fee-for-service basis with financial authorization from the Participant. On Call International will coordinate and arrange services with

third parties and advance payment on a Participant’s behalf for related expenses upon request with a credit card authorization completed by the Participant. On Call International

cannot be held responsible for failure to provide services or for delays caused by strikes or conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, flight conditions or where

rendering of service is prohibited by local laws or regulatory agencies.
