According to LA County records, AIDS Healthcare Foundation spent $2.3M to pass Measure B in 2012. But they only reported $1.6M of that amount to the IRS. Why try and fool Uncle Sam? Could it be because the IRS has strict regulations as to what a "non-profit" can spend on a political campaigns? Is AHF hiding political spending from the IRS?
