"Tuesday's historic election was obviously a pretty huge deal—but some California-based porn stars may have even had more at stake than the rest of civilization.

A potentially industry-shaking measure called Proposition 60 was on the Golden State's ballot. Had it passed, it would have required adult industry performers to use condoms during vaginal and anal sex scenes. But aside from flouting the vast majority of online porn's condom-free aesthetic, some smut producers lobbied against the raunchy regulation, which would force moviemakers to pay for health exams and post condom requirements on porn sets"
