We recently became aware of a public hearing taking place on Tuesday July 25th at 9:30am regarding approval of new permit fees for the Department of Public Health, as a result of amendments to Measure B, County of Los Angeles Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act.

The LA Department of Public Health (Twitter: @lapublichealth) is proposing thousands of dollars in annual permitting fees for performers/producers in LA County.

We sent the following letter on Monday, July 24th.
