YNOT Summit Legal Panel Talks 2257, FOSTA, Section 230 & More (YNOT)

On the second day of the recent virtual YNOT Summit, four adult industry attorneys of extensive experience provided updates on several of the most significant legal issues and questions facing the industry today.

In an hour-long session moderated by Corey D. Silverstein of Silverstein Legal, Silverstein was joined by criminal defense attorney and Free Speech Coalition (FSC) Chair Jeffrey Douglas, Lawrence Walters of the Walters Law Group and FirstAmendement.com and FSC Legal Committee Chair Reed Lee. Combined, the four members of the panel have over 120 years of experience practicing law, with much of that time spent representing adult entertainment industry clients and freedom of expression interests more generally.
