LOS ANGELES — The Free Speech Coalition will open the nomination process for the 2018 Board of Directors Election on November 20, 2017 with an election to be held on the week of December 11, 2017. “We have been lucky in past years to have a dedicated, involved and active Board of Directors,” said Jeffrey Douglas, FSC Board Chair. “As the national trade organization for the adult industry, Directors help shape our goals and serve the community. I look forward to seeing another round of interested and passionate nominees this year.”

All members in good standing are eligible for nomination and election to the board, so long as dues are paid by November 6, 2017.  From November 20, 2017 to December 1, 2017, any trade association member in good standing may nominate another member in good standing for election to the Board. Those who receive multiple nominations will be added to the slate of candidates for the 2018 election, which will take place from December 11, 2017 to December 18, 2017. Those members who are interested in nominating another member should do so by emailing [email protected] on or after November 20, 2017. Nominations close on December 1, 2017.

As many as six seats on the board of directors will be elected, with several members up for reelection.

Any questions about the nomination process, qualifications or duties of the board should be directed to [email protected].
